Terms of service

Last updated: 17 October 2026.

1. The service

PullRows ("the add-on") is a Google Sheets add-on provided by [LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], Denmark, CVR [CVR NUMBER] ("we"). It syncs data from your Wrike account into your Google Sheets. It is an independent product, not affiliated with Wrike, Inc. or Google LLC.

2. Your accounts

You need a Google account and a Wrike account. You are responsible for complying with Wrike's and Google's terms, and for having the right to export the Wrike data you sync.

3. Free and Pro

The free tier is limited as stated on the pricing page. Pro is a subscription sold by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. The licence is tied to the Google account email given at checkout and may be used by that person on any number of spreadsheets.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time via the link in your Paddle receipt; Pro continues until the end of the paid period. If PullRows does not work for you in the first 14 days of a new subscription, email support and we refund in full. Later refunds are at our discretion, except where consumer law gives you more.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the add-on to circumvent Wrike's or Google's limits, to sync data you are not authorised to access, or in a way that imposes unreasonable load. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Data

Our privacy policy describes what we access and store. Your synced data stays in your spreadsheet; we hold no copy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the add-on working but depend on the Wrike and Google platforms, either of which can change or withdraw APIs. We may change features with notice on this site. If we discontinue Pro, we refund the unused part of prepaid periods.

8. Liability

The add-on is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or intent, or rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law.

9. Governing law

Danish law applies. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory law of their country of residence and on the EU online dispute resolution platform.
