Your Wrike tasks, in a Google Sheet, kept up to date.
PullRows is a Google Sheets add-on that syncs the tasks from a Wrike folder, project or space into a tab of your own spreadsheet, on a schedule, with the columns you choose.
Install from Google Workspace Marketplace How it works
One-way, keyed on task ID
Each sync updates changed rows in place and appends new ones. Rows keep their position, so your formulas, filters and charts keep working.
Your columns, including custom fields
Title, status, assignees, dates, importance, folder, link, and any Wrike custom field. Status groups resolved from your workflows.
Scheduled refresh
Hourly or every four hours, while the sheet is closed. Every run is logged in a Sync status tab; errors are written there, not emailed.
Weekly status template
One click builds a report tab: open, overdue, due this week, completed this week and last week, by assignee.
Who it is for
Project and operations people who report on Wrike work in a spreadsheet: a weekly status for stakeholders, a pivot across projects, or a feed into a dashboard. Wrike exports to Excel by hand; PullRows keeps a Google Sheet current without the download-and-paste.
What it does not do
- It does not write back to Wrike. Sync is one-way, Wrike to Sheets.
- It does not store your tasks anywhere but your sheet. There is no PullRows server holding copies of your data.
- It does not sync comments or attachments in this version.
Pricing
Free: one synced tab, manual refresh, up to 1,000 rows. Pro: scheduled refresh, five tabs, unlimited rows and the template. Full pricing.
